Program Manager II
Strategic Growth Interoperability team is hiring for a Program Manager. In this role you will work with the team to provide program and project management. You will manage multiple complex projects related to assigned line of business by identifying stakeholders, scheduling, and facilitating meetings, and managing execution to ensure on-time deliverables and compile financial, client, and operational reports for leaders, analyze information, provide key facts from data, and make recommendations based on analysis. You will also coordinate events for c-suite executives, internally and with clients and develop original content and provide research for articles and written materials, with the ability to ghost write on behalf of executives. At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including:
1 year of project/program management experience
5 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the job
Experience taking detailed meeting notes and transitioning ideas into team action items
Experience facilitating meetings with diverse teams from senior leaders to technical teams
Ability to be proactive in follow-up and project tracking
Experience creating C-Suite level deliverables
Must reside in Kansas City or Salt Lake City
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
