Job Description:
We are hiring for a Product Owner. The value based care analytics team is responsible for a set of analytics products that our clients use to improve performance in value based care contracts. As a Product Owner, you will define and prioritize user stories within an agile team's backlog to streamline execution and quality of product development. Some of your responsibilities will include creating and prioritizing epics and user stories for product development; developing story and feature acceptance criteria; review and accept backlog items as ready; performing functional testing, including user acceptance and exploratory testing; and evaluating risks and perform hazard analysis for development activities. You may also be expected to track product functionality and performance, as required by regulatory standards, to ensure that it meets market needs; facilitate key agile ceremonies, such as the sprint review; and manage ongoing communications between product and scrum teams. Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant work experience
At least 3 years in product testing, product design, product strategy, health care information technology (HCIT) consulting or other relevant product-related work experience
P referred Qualifications
2 years of experience working in healthcare preferably HCIT
1+ years of experience working with data
1+ years of work experience with Agile, Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
