Mechanical Engineer

IMMEDIATE NEED!!..... Engineering client involved in power plant EPC projects is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their team for a Contract or Temp to Perm opportunity. You need a BSME and 3-10 years of experience with the engineering & design of power plant EPC projects. Client prefers candidates local to Kansas City, MO or willing to relocate on your own.

responsibilities:
Your main responsibility will be to develop specifications, review vendor submittals, and develop detailed design documents for mechanical equipment & systems on new power plant design projects
Responsible for study, design, specification & services related to mechanical equipment & systems such as piping, gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSG, boilers, etc...
Evaluate mechanical equipment & material proposals and prepare bid tab evaluations for mechanical equipment
