Manager, Key Management Delivery

Overview

As part of the Key Management Delivery (KMD) team, the job holder will be responsible for managing a team that supports the day-to-day delivery of the various security services managed by KMD including performing the exchange of cryptographic keys with MasterCard customers on a global basis, adhering to strict security procedures and standards and communicating with both internal and external customers.

These services include:

Securely performing the symmetric and asymmetric key exchange with our customers to enable the different services and cryptographic functionalities required for the Mastercard catalogue.

The management of several MasterCard Certification Authorities as well as the issuance of PKI certificates used for EMV Chip off-line capabilities, certificates supporting MasterCard internal infrastructure and diverse Mastercard applications.

Role

Manage and coach the team members based in our Kansas City office.

Ensure the services catalogue is covered and delivered

Provide a training program, support and develop the team

Be the point of escalation for all services for the region

Develop action plan and communication around issues, escalation and incidents.

Be an ambassador for Key Management Delivery as well as for Corporate Security

Manage priorities and assign resources depending on the requests.

Ensure quality of the delivered services KMD within the boundaries of operational and security procedures.

Provide support to both internal and external customers, on both specific technical questions relating to the services as well as general operational or procedural aspects.

Participate in the operational set-up of new security services offered by MasterCard and in the improvement of the operational efficiency of existing services.

Support audit related actions and deliverables.

All About You

Graduate or equivalent education

Technical minded

Accurate and possess analytical skills with the ability to think €˜outside the box€™

Knowledge of IT Security and/or cryptography

Customer service experience is required

Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

Well organized and detail oriented

Possesses strong customer support and communication skills, both verbal and written

Willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities and to work as a member of a global team

Flexible and capable to multi-task and cope with emergency and stressful situations
