About This Job

If you’d like to help stop fraud in its tracks, this might be the job for you. As a Fraud Specialist you’ll be a key person that protects our customers and the bank from fraudulent transactions. You’ll become an expert in multiple business lines, their products and the unique rules that govern them. You’ll also be the go to person for our branch partners as they try to help answer important customer questions. Essential Functions

  • Process maintenance requests for Consumer Credit Cards, Consumer Debit, Prepaid, Business Debit and Commercial Card.

  • Provide maintenance on—

  • Autopay enrollment

  • Adding/removing cardholders to accounts

  • Building customer profiles in multiple systems

  • Processing deceased requests

  • Address changes

  • Adding or changing accounts accessed by the cards

  • Respond directly to vendors who offer Direct Check to their employees

  • Processing CIP

  • Manually building cards on the systems

  • Removing tiered pricing from an account

  • Manually unloading and reloading funds from prepaid products while the customer is at the branch

  • Turning on or off functionality of multi app credit cards by changing multiple fields in the systems

  • Process multiple reports, and reviews and interprets power of attorney documents and notate the accounts with the necessary information to be viewed bank wide

  • Obtain and evaluate customer information and develop recommendations to match and satisfy customer needs

Work Schedule

  • Mon-Tues, Sat-Sun 6:30pm-5:30am (Wed-Fri off).

Education/Experience

  • High School Degree with some continuing education or work experience.

  • 2+ years work experience in a related field.

  • Have a thorough understanding of each system our product lines reside upon.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Be a self-starter with the ability to work without direct supervision.

  • Knowledge of Association and Federal Regulations.
