Kforce has a client in search of a Fraud Customer Service Specialist in Kansas City, MO.Key Tasks:
Fraud Investigation via various tools
Troubleshoot customer issues and research to resolve customer issues
Handle back to back calls regarding customer service set up and potential fraud
Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent communication and strong level of professionalism
Experienced problem solving
Proven experience supporting customers
Willingness to learn several specialized investigative tools
