Kforce has a client in search of a Fraud Customer Service Specialist in Kansas City, MO.Key Tasks:

  • Fraud Investigation via various tools

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and research to resolve customer issues

  • Handle back to back calls regarding customer service set up and potential fraud

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and strong level of professionalism

  • Experienced problem solving

  • Proven experience supporting customers

  • Willingness to learn several specialized investigative tools
