We are seeking a Partner of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) that will support the development and implementation of programs and services that promote inclusion and diversity within Cornerstone’s global teams. This role will report into the Chief Diversity Officer and will be a critical partner in the development and execution of global DEI initiatives.

In this role you will…

  • Advise internal stakeholders regarding diversity and inclusion related trends

  • Ensure impactful diversity and inclusion programs, practices and engagement while adhering to all compliance and regulatory requirements

  • Manage internal diversity and inclusion related trainings and programs, including logistics and participant selection process

  • Execute strategic support programs; design the marketing and communication of programs; support in data collection to help measure effectiveness of programs using KPI's/metrics

  • Partner with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) industry leaders on best practices and to help ensure all ERG’s grow, meet objectives and drive engagement through programs like Development Day

  • Support the use of local/regional diversity and inclusion councils and ERG’s to understand needs and establish areas of focus

  • Implement tools, techniques, trends and training programs to achieve diversity goals

  • Ensure that diversity and inclusion awareness training classes are tailored for relevance in each country

  • Connect DEI programs to philanthropy to build community support

  • Support an environment of dialogue, collaboration, community and inclusion as evidenced by active delivery and/or participation in all core company events

  • And other exciting and impactful opportunities as they emerge

You have what it takes if you have…

  • Minimum of 2 years direct experience in diversity, equity and inclusion roles

  • Project management experience

  • Experience public speaking and presenting to groups of all sizes

  • Emergent understanding and applying of global diversity, equity and inclusion issues, trends and opportunities

  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills

  • Excellent time management & project management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal skills; able to identify biased language in communications

  • Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy a fun and challenging environment
