Aerotek Distribution Planning Engineer in Kansas City, Missouri

Duties include the design of special projects beyond routine expertise of subordinate staff in addition to supporting all distribution project work.

  • Position oversees the development and maintenance of the Distribution Engineering practices, processes and procedures as well as all approved materials used. Supervises and monitors the activities of distribution planning personnel.

  • Performs administrative tasks and supervises distribution planning personnel.

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of long-range plans for distribution system.

  • Will review and approve all related engineering and planning activities associated with the development and implementation of construction and material standards used in the design and operation of utility distribution engineering systems.

  • Responsible for the review and approval of project concepts/drawings assigned to subordinate staff and monitors progress, reviewing and approving completed projects.

Education:

Bachelors of Engineering

PE License Preferred
