What You'll Do:
This role will ensure compliance with the valuation of real property as outlined in federal regulations and bank policy in order to mitigate risk. Specific duties include:
-Solicit bids, engage appraisals, and review reports for quality assurance in accordance with FIRREA and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
-Complete internal validations and evaluations of real property.
-Communicate procedures and results to UMB associates in a timely manner.
-Other duties as assigned.

-Previous experience appraising and/or reviewing a variety of property types and ownership interests
-2 years banking experience
Who You Are:
-A minimum of 5 years of experience in appraising and/or reviewing appraisals for commercial and residential real estate properties
