Job duties for the Accounting Manager position include, but are not limited to:
Leading the periodic financial closing processes, including preparation of financial statements.
Preparing and posting journal entries and completing necessary account reconciliations.
Participating in and overseeing the vendor disbursement process.
Tracking, monitoring, and reporting Capital and Operating Expenses.
Participating in and overseeing the 1099 process.
Preparing and discussing Management Reporting.
Guiding, mentoring, and supervising a small team of Accounting professionals.
Requirements for the Accounting Manager position include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
At least 4-years of experience.
Current or previous supervisory experience, highly preferred.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookups, SumIf's).
Experience with an ERP application.
