The Creative Marketing Studio (CMS) and Brand Content Studio (BCS) within Hallmark Cards serv e as in-house agencies respected by clients and organizations inside and outside of Hallmark’s headquarters. The Studios are comprised o f Hallmark brand experts who deliver strategic, award-winning work that directly influences the company’s bottom line. We’re looking for talented creative professionals who want to help create an experience that will make everyone fall in love with the Hallmark brand. We are responsible for brand building, creative leadership and consumer activation, including:

• Multi-tactical marketing campaigns (print, digital, direct, videos, social and content)

• Brand direction for Hallmark marketing (packaging, marketing, visual merchandising, digital)


The CMS/BCS Ac count Leader serves as the project manager and liaison between the Studio and all assigned partners. Working in conjunction with a creative team , the Account Lea der facilitates project management on assigned accounts to produce marketing efforts that drive consumer loyalty and sales. This Account Leader will work with multiple teams within the Studios and will need to facilitate work accordingly.

Account Leaders must:

  • Have strong technical/industry knowledge and relationship skills to deliver world class marketing in support of businesses with varying degrees of complexity while growing relationships with partners and studio personnel

  • Operate at both a strategic and tactical level to assist partners and studio personnel with concepting high level marketing strategies/campaigns as well as delivering individual tactics

  • Have strong negotiation, facilitation and communication skills to manage expectations and ensure internal and external contacts are clear on strategies and tactical execution that is delivered within budget and needed timelines

  • Be organized, inventive and thoughtful to lead a high volume of projects from concept to execution

  • Naming and tagline exploration for new products and services from Hallmark and its sub brands

  • Requirements:

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of professional work experience

  • Previous experience in account management

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills--able to work effectively with diverse internal and external partners

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—able to effectively communicate face to face with key business partners and capture meeting notes/project plans for internal and external teams

  • Facilitation skills—able to effectively lead meetings and presentations

  • Thrives in a consistently busy and changing environment

  • Knowledge of print and digital marketing including supporting websites and e-commerce

  • Experience working with creative teams
