U.S. Bank Wealth Management Trust Associate - Joplin, MO in JOPLIN, Missouri
U.S. Bank is seeking an Wealth Management Trust Associate to support the Wealth Management Department. They will build and deepen relationships with existing and new clients and help them meet their Community Personal Trust needs and will work alongside U.S. Bank Trust Advisors to assist them with daily duties such as:
• Communicating with clients via email, telephone and in-person
• Coordinating appointments for Clients and Advisors; also attending the meetings when applicable
• Handling transactions such as transferring funds and opening new accounts
• Bill pay including tax estimates and real estate bills
• Closing accounts
• Cashing in insurance policies when needed
• Completing audit requests
• Ordering Supplies
The administrators will work proactively to identify potential problems, compliance issues and fraud, and escalating items when appropriate to a Trust Advisor.

High school diploma or equivalent
Three to five years of experience in administrative and client support activities in the financial services industry
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding customer service and problem resolution skills
Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services
Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
Strong ability to understand departmental procedures and systems to operate with limited supervision
