Delivery Consultant - Patient Accounting/Charge Services

As a Delivery Consultant, you will consult with Capital Region patient accounting and charge services teams during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing, and training. Consult with clients on current workflows and configuration, upgrade implications, system changes, and enhancements and ongoing system maintenance. You will also complete client-specific design, configuration, and troubleshooting within appropriate tools as well as complete full solution build with accountability for build quality score and follow up actions. Develop and execute test plan and test script execution and note changes in end-user functionality. Review new defects, write steps to test, outline information for change requests, and notify clients. In this role, you will identify and escalate issues to solution and engagement leadership and leverage internal and external resources to delivery problem identification and resolution.

- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Mathematics, Business, Communications, Finance, Health Care Administration, or Science; or related field; or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 1 year of health care billing, patient accounting or charge services work experience
At least 1 year of health care technology (HCIT) project management, sales, or consulting work experience
At least 1 year of systems management or electronic medical record (EMR) implementation work experience
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
