What we want from you:

  • 2+ years hands-on experience managing retail cash lines

  • 2+ years in fast-paced retail sales

  • 2+ years directly supervising a team of 10+ hourly associates

  • Active on the floor – not a desk hugger

  • Positive, team player

  • Dependable self-starter who takes ownership

  • Attentive to detail and inventory management

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure cash line wait times stay low even during very high customer traffic

  • Provide outstanding customer service personally and via cashier team

  • Inspire/develop team of 25+ associates: Cashier, Customer Service Associates, Cash Office

  • Be Manager-on-Duty – open/close facility and address customer concerns storewide
