Eaton Corporation Financial Analyst in Ellisville, Missouri
Eaton’s Electrical Division is currently seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Ellisville, MO facility.
This position is responsible for providing timely and unbiased analysis and insights that enables informed critical business decisions in support of the Bussmann Division: Ellisville Plant, Distribution Center, La Grange, and Juarez. This role drives forecasting, timely reporting and analysis, and process improvements through automation and or development of standard work. A strong focus will be around internal controls and process improvements.

In this function you will:
Coordinate and analyze of all sites within the Division as needed and reporting activities: monthly results, monthly rolling forecast, and operating review requirements, in accordance with Eaton financial controls and accounting policies.
Drive Excess and Obsolete forecasting and reporting while ensuring proper internal controls are met.
Perform audits of balance sheet accounts and analysis of variances and reconciliation.
Drive business process improvement through automation and/or the development of standard work and streamline the FP&A processes
SAP support for any needs on Inventory, Accounts Payable, Costing and variance analysis for the Bussmann Division.
Interface actively with Bussmann functional leaders to identify ways to support the growth of the business.
Oversee Capital Spending - Develop or support capital expenditure tracker for the business; drive accurate forecasting and support proactive view of future years’ capital spending needs; ensure internal controls around CIP are being met.
Oversee accurate Cost Out forecasting and reporting
Supports all internal and external audits and conducts compliance reviews
Perform ad hoc analysis as required to provide leadership with a deeper understanding of the financial drivers of the business
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited Institution
Minimum three (3) years experience in accounting and/or finance
No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within (50 miles) of Ellisville, MO will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation
Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business and/or Finance from an accredited Institution
Working knowledge of SAP
Working knowledge of Excel, other Microsoft Office programs
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Collaborative team player with process improvement mind set
Quick learner, with the personal drive and motivation to achieve goals with limited oversight and direction
Analytical and data gathering skills
