Aerotek Customer Service Rep 3 in Earth City, Missouri
Aerotek is looking for customer service reps to support the dealers and individual consumers for a client in the HVAC industry.
This person will be taking a variety of calls to answer questions and provide support around the client's products, including but not limited to"
- Answering 40-60 inbound calls
-Checking on orders
-Answering questions on deliveries
-Answering questions on products and warranties
-Providing troubleshooting on billing and order support issues.
– handles order management speaking to customers, sales offices and dealers, largest group in the service center; must be incredibly customer-focused and will also complete daily reports within Excel, toughest training out of all groups which is similar to taking a 6-week college course
