COMMUNITY SUPPORT SUPERVISOR

Burrell is seeking a Community Support Supervisor to provide supervision and support for 8 Community Support Specialists working with adult clients.

  • Teach, coach and model effective skills for working with clients to help them work towards their goals.

  • Regularly review and monitor written documentation, providing corrective feedback to assure compliance with documentation requirements.

  • Provide employee coaching and discipline as needed.

  • Provide crisis intervention when needed.

Qualifications:

Must qualify as a Missouri QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional)

  • Masters degree in psychology, social work, counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, vocational counseling, pastoral counseling, family therapy, or related field

  • Must have completed a practicum or had a minimum of 1 year experience under the direct supervision of a licensed mental health professional.
