Oracle Employer Brand Analyst in Chesterfield, Missouri
Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Assist with planning and management of pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage standard / moderately complex advertising campaigns and arrange sign off with country / regional management. Anticipate problems when dealing with relatively complex projects, propose and develop business driven solutions to overcome them. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support to others managing partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years relevant experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, two years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry company.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

As the Employer Brand Analyst, you will apply and grow your skills working across a range of marketing tactics, such as campaign development, event planning and promotions, digital and social marketing, message development and content creation, and paid advertising execution. You’ll infuse diversity into everything you do, while bringing tactical marketing support to specific Diversity & Inclusion campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Under the guidance of the Global Employer Brand Regional Lead, you’ll support a team of regional employer brand marketers. Your responsibilities may include:
Partnering with an internal creative team to develop advertising creative, videos, branded digital content to promote careers
Developing blogs and social campaigns to tell stories of our diverse employees
Executing marketing strategies to optimize our partnerships and/or event sponsorships
Creating promotional materials such as flyers, emails and social media
Analyzing data from marketing campaigns, determining insights and developing recommendations to optimize on ongoing basis
Using content platforms to publish social, blogs and website changes
Supporting internal communications to further internal mobility and employee referrals
Identifying best practices and opportunities for sharing across regional teams
Researching and presenting innovative ways to attract diverse talent to Oracle

Basic qualifications include:
- 2 years of integrated marketing experience
Preferred qualifications include:
Bilingual in English and Spanish to support campaigns across the Americas
Event marketing Experience leading event marketing strategies and implementation plans
Strong project management skills with a results-oriented demeanor
Social media content development and campaign execution
Experience in employer branding or talent acquisition
Storytelling ability through writing and communication skills
