Business Development Representative:N-Store Services is looking for a new entry level Business Development Representative who will be responsible for prospecting for new clients that align with the organizationis services and fit with our company goals and values.i We offer flexibility and the possibility of working at home.i N-Store Services is a national specialty contractor providing a variety of industries multi-site solutions for their construction and maintenance needs.i Our services include remodels, refreshes, rollouts, tenant improvements, retail channel installations, programmatic maintenance, store fixture installation, and Design-Build.i N-Store Services is a growing and forward thinking organization with a work environment that fosters innovation and an entrepreneurial.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: iParticipate in prospecting activities to identify potential client contacts and/or potential revenue opportunities in alignment with companyis ideal client profileActively prospect via telephone, email, and social mediaSchedule discovery prospective client meetings via phone, video, or in-person and provide sufficient information to advance the sales cycleLead and complete any qualification processes of potential new clients independently or in collaboration with other BD team membersInput and manage prospect and account data within CRM database such as SalesForceEngage in networking activities to generate new business leads Attend trade shows and other relevant industry events to promote businessWork with the BD team to establish and share prospecting techniques that are effectiveKeep up to date on trends and news from the industry, our competitors, and our target marketKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bacheloris Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business and or related experience1- 2 years of experience in a Sales environment (B2B)Experience in inside or outside sales and or customer service preferredExperience prospecting for new business opportunities (B2B)Exposure to market analysis, strategy development, competitive analysis and surveyingBasic experience working with CRM database(s) preferredIntermediate experience in MS Windows (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point)Ability to understand, define and communicate our value proposition to various client typesAbility to identify market trends and pursue opportunities related to themAbility to present self and companies to Director and VP level executives via phone, email and in personExhibits persistence/tenacity with excellent follow up skills and ability to drive resultsAbility to relate to a diverse group of people in various rolesMust be able to travel when requestedSelf-starter, able to work independently and with teamsAdvanced verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects effectivelyAdvanced time management and organizational skillsPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required, by an employee, to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
