The primary purpose of the Culinary Associate - Cook is to provide all orders as required by business volume and Chef in an efficient, timely, and high-quality manner that is consistent with menu recipes. Prepare food items for line and banquet consumption as per standardized food techniquesi Assist in the coordination ofiopening and closing as well as line prep dutiesi Prepare all food for next shift and for the following day as required and directedi Operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipmenti Maintain sanitary regulations of food temperatures and rotating productsi iLearn menus, recipes, preparation and presentationii Ability to operate dish machine and three compartmentisinki iPerform a variety of food preparation and cooking duties such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea.
