Job Details:

Hours: 6pm to 6am, Wed-Sat

Pay$20-21.00+ Depending on experience

-Maintenance Technician is responsible to follow safe work practices, comply with all safety mandates, policies, and procedures, and to take all necessary precautions to avoid personal injury or the injury of others in the work area.

-Going above and beyond in all aspects of safety activity and compliance is expected of all work performed at all times by the Maintenance Technician.

-The Maintenance Technician is responsible to perform maintenance work, P.M. s, work orders, and repairs on all production equipment in the manufacturing facility. This includes but is not limited to industrial electrical troubleshooting and repair, industrial mechanical troubleshooting and repair, welding, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, equipment automation and controls systems including PLC troubleshooting and repairs, as well as basic building and grounds maintenance.

-The Maintenance Technician will ideally have first-hand knowledge and experience maintaining and troubleshooting pumps, motors, starters, belt conveyors, screw conveyors, pneumatic conveyors, vibrating conveyors, mixers, agitators, vibrators, atomizing sprayer systems, dryers, boilers, dust collection equipment, vacuum systems, control panels, electrical panels, and other industrial manufacturing systems. In addition to strong maintenance skills.

-This position requires strong reading and written word comprehension skills for the purpose of understanding written instructions, understanding PM s and work orders, understanding lock-out/tag-out procedures, safety standards, and new equipment standards for all maintenance activity, and to be able to explain these instructions and materials to trainees.

-The Maintenance Technician must also be able to track maintenance project activity, PM completion, and work order progress using a spreadsheet based tracking system. On a daily basis.

-The Maintenance Technician is responsible to ensure the daily checks on all the TPM stations are current and correct.

-The Maintenance Technician checks the TPM boards periodically throughout the shift and ensures there are no urgent safety, quality, sanitation, or production issues that are being caused by equipment malfunction.
